"Personalization felt sloppy"
I ordered something personalized, and it looked like it was done in a hurry. The letters weren’t straight, and the spacing was just "off." For what I paid, I really expected it to look a lot nicer. I’m disappointed and probably wouldn’t order anything personalized again.

I got the wrong size again, which was just really frustrating. Support did fix it, so I’ll give them that, but the whole thing left me feeling annoyed. It’s one of those things that just shouldn’t keep happening.

"Should’ve picked a different pickup spot"
I really regret choosing pickup here. I ended up waiting way too long, and the staff seemed totally lost trying to find my order. It turned what should’ve been a quick stop into a frustrating mess.

I’m still waiting for it to arrive, so I can’t really say much about the actual product yet. I ordered it a while ago and keep checking for updates, usually when I’m having my morning coffee before work. Hopefully it shows up soon, but for now I’m just kind of stuck waiting.

I placed an order on midwaysports.com, and the most annoying part was how unclear the updates were. The status just kind of sat there, so of course I started assuming something was wrong or that the order had gotten stuck somewhere.

I ended up emailing them to ask what was going on, but the reply took a while and didn’t really explain much. If there’s a delay, I’d rather they just say that instead of making me keep checking and guessing. Frustrating overall

"Checkout was frustrating"
I’m not sure what was going on, but my card kept getting declined for no clear reason. I double-checked everything and it still wouldn’t work, which was really annoying. I get that glitches happen, but the checkout process was a bit of a mess.

"Return was fine, just kinda slow"
Had to send back a shirt because it didnt fit right. The return form was easy to fill out, no real issues there, but it took a few days before I heard anything back. The refund did come through in the end, so thats good. I just wish the updates were a bit faster and more clear

I ordered from midwaysports.com and overall it was pretty much okay. The size and color were right, which was good, but a couple of the details in the listing made the product seem a little different from what I actually got. It wasn’t a huge deal or anything, just kind of annoying. Shipping was totally fine too. I’d probably just double-check the listing a bit more carefully next time.

I ordered my usual size, but it didn’t fit right at all. It was way too tight in some areas and somehow loose in others, so I kept wondering if I picked the wrong size or if the sizing is just off. I checked the size chart too, but it didn’t really help much. Now I have to deal with returning it, which is frustrating...

"Never heard back from them"
I tried getting in touch with midwaysports.com customer service a few different times about my order, it was just crickets. No real response, no update, nothing helpful at all. Frustrating when you’re only looking for a simple answer. If their support is always this slow, I probably won’t order from them again.

"Inventory was wrong and it was super frustrating"
The site said the item was in stock, so I went ahead and ordered it. Then later I got an email saying it actually wasn’t available and my order was canceled. It was really annoying, especially because I wasted time waiting for something they didn’t even have. If something is out of stock, just say it’s out of stock. Don’t let people order it, don’t make them wait, and don’t fix the inventory after checkout. The stock info really needs to be kept updated.

The prices just don’t feel fair for what you’re getting. I don’t mind paying more when something is genuinely worth it, but this felt like too much for the value. It’s hard to support pricing that seems out of touch with customers.

"Refund took forever"
I’ve been waiting on my refund for way too long now and I’m frustrated. I get that things can take a bit, but this has dragged on and I still don’t have my money back. Not happy with how this was handled at all.

"So Much for Paying for Shipping"
I paid extra for shipping, because apparently I enjoy funding delays. The order showed up way later than it was supposed to, the tracking barely changed the whole time, and customer support basically just told me to keep waiting. Super helpful. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

"Felt like the staff wasn’t really prepared"
I stopped in with a few questions about gear and left a bit frustrated. The staff was nice enough, but they didn’t seem to know much about the products, which made it hard to get clear answers. It kind of felt like they hadn’t been given much training on what they’re selling.

"Trying to Use the Site Was a Whole Chore"
I tried ordering from midwaysports.com, and the website got on my nerves fast. Pages were loading slowly, the filters kept resetting on me, and checkout on my phone felt weirdly clunky. I was just trying to find basic info, but I kept having to go back and forth like I was solving a puzzle. Maybe I’m just impatient, but I can order takeout in two minutes while half-watching a show, so this felt extra frustrating. "I was really hoping this would hold..."
I was really hoping this would hold up, but the stitching started coming loose after just one weekend of use. I regret buying it because it felt like a waste of money. Definitely won’t be picking this brand again.
